Our family is growing AGAIN!

This is Mari, she is an absolute cuite and is VERY fun to be around!

Plus VERY, VERY active

 This is Isabella (Izzy) she is very strong willed, but is an absolute cutie as well (unless she wakes up on the wrong side of the crib!).

She loves to say "uh-oh"!  I caught her saying it after she dropped her rubber duck.

The Lord apparently needs us to continue with foster care so we are now a family of six!  We seriously thought we were done, but God turned the table on us (I just love it when He does that!).

This was another one of Sydney's "super-model" pictures

 Dad and Sydney walking toward our picnic table at the park.  Dad just got a new job, and was thrilled to wear nice work clothes.

 Sydney was trying to figure out how to get up to the monkey bars

 Once she got up she was insistent on getting across to the other side 

 OK I admit this WAS POSED, but who cares?  It turned out pretty cool!

 Sydney was trying to get off the tire swing, but was stuck...I just love her face :D

 She's still trying to get off...she didn't even ask for help!  She has such an independent personality

Exciting Family News

Do you remember when I told you all that Amber was pregnant?  Are you all wondering if it's a boy or a girl?

On July 2, 2011 Brenden Hal will make his appearance into our family.  We all are VERY excited about the thought of having little Brenden being apart of our family.

Photo shoot fun

About 3 days ago, Sydney and I had a whole lot of sister fun.  I put make-up on her, did her hair in the only hairstyle I can do with her hair...until it's long again.  Then she put on the dress that Amber sent her (she LOVES that dress), then I took a few pictures with our mom's camera.  I thought I'd share a few of the pictures with you, hope you enjoy them.

 Sydney loved the fact that she was able to pretend to be a super model!

I think she took it too seriously :)

 This is my absolute FAVORITE!! 

 Sydney was so excited that she was able to wear make-ups (she basically wears it to the Daddy/Daughter dance which is once a year).

A stroll down memory lane

Our beautiful old house in Iowa, this house was built in like 1909.

My precious lil' sis at 6.  She was patiently waiting her turn to jump with dad on the trampoline.

The joy of living in Texas (and yes this is a REAL scorpion caught by my wonderful...and mighty brave dad.  And might I add that I believe he was stung on the hand by this awful arachnid!)

Amber and Kellyn have been happily married for 8 months and Amber is three and a half months pregnant!

I have placed below pictures of the two little boys who are staying with us for a while.

These boys are as sweet as ever, I absolutely LOVE them! They will be with us for another week, then they will be going back to their foster parents house.

We're expecting :D

Life lately has been a little hectic!  Only hectic in a GOOD way, from the title is kind of gives it away!

No Mom isn't pregnant, but we are expecting in a different way....any guesses?

We are actually ADOPTING :D  We don't know how many, but we are adopting!!!!!  The good hectic has come from all the adoption classes Mom and Dad had to take, my TB test that came back POSITIVE (don't worry it turned out to be a false positive !) and all the other requirements that are needed for this process! 

We actually have another fire inspection at 9 tomorrow morning, then we have a home study tomorrow at 11:30 tomorrow, so please pray that everything will go EXCELLENT!! 

I'll keep y'all updated on this exciting journey we are about to begin :D
